Public invited to hear about progress their local NHS Trust is making
Patients and members of the public are invited to a series of events to hear updates from their local NHS Trust.
Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLaG) is hosting engagement events for members of the public to find out about progress being made at the Trust and the improvement plans that are being put in place.
People will be able to ask members of the executive team questions. There will also be an update on the recent changes made to ENT and Urology services and the chance for people to have their say on how these services could be delivered in the future.
Chair of the Trust, Anne Shaw, said: “We want to hear from local people who care about their NHS services. This is your opportunity to come and talk to us about our future plans for services, to hear how we are improving the quality care for our local population and to raise any issues or concerns you may have about your local hospitals.”
This is the second round of events the Trust is hosting. The first sessions were held in July and had a spotlight on maternity services. These sessions will focus on steps being put in place to improve A&E services.
There’s no need to book, just turn up at one of the sessions below:
October 11 – The Courtyard at Goole – 6pm to 8pm
October 19 – Glanford Park, Scunthorpe – 3pm to 5pm
October 25 – Centre 4, Grimsby – 3.30pm to 5.30pm
If you are unable to attend a session, the Trust also has a rolling programme of events for members of the Trust. See http://www.nlg.nhs.uk/about/membership/ for more information.
